Yesterday (Thursday August 19, 2010) the Tide continued preparations for the upcoming 2010 football season.  Here is some video with the talented Alabama linebacker crew working out. 

We are getting real close to the first of the season with only 15 days to go.  From what I seen of the inebackers, they will be ready to play!
