Alabama wide receiver commit Deon Johnson was arrested Thursday on charges of second-degree rape and sodomy according to Alabama beat reporter Andrew Gribble.

Johnson, who plays for Spanish Fort High School, was booked at Baldwin County Corrections Center at 7:43 p.m. on Thursday. According to the Baldwin County Sheriff's website Johnson was released on $20,000 bond.

So far, there has been no comment from Johnson or Alabama.
