Michigan running back Fitz Toussaint pleaded guilty Tuesday in a Michigan courtroom.

Toussaint agreed to a plea deal Tuesday in Washtenaw County District Court. He pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while visibly impaired, a lesser charge than operating while intoxicated.

Toussaint will be sentenced October 23rd. Michigan head coach Brady Hoke has not decided (or at least that’s what he is saying publicly) about whether or not Toussaint will play Saturday night against Bama.
