Michigan RB To Be Arraigned Four Days Before Bama Game

Yesterday as we reported, Michigan head coach Brady Hoke may let his star running back Fitz Toussaint play in the

Alabama game, but no official announcement has been made yet; well now we know why.

According to the Detroit Free Press, Toussaint will be arraigned just days before the Alabama game.

I guess Hoke will make that decision on whether or Toussaint will play once he finds out what his sentence will be. My guess is he’ll probably play unless something crazy happens.
