I was listening to Tider Insider last night and apparently although it has not be confirmed yet, Alabama back-up quarterback Phillip Sims may be transferring to Virginia.

There were rumors before the season started that Sims was thinking about transferring which he denied, but at times during the season on his Twitter account, Sims would talk about his playing time with the Tide and after AJ McCarron's performance in the BCS Title game, it's obvious who'll the starting quarterback for the Tide next year.

As of today, there had been no word from Sims nor the University about his status with the Tide.
