It is being reported by the Baltimore Sun that Alabama freshman running back Demetrius "Dee" Hart tore his ACL ligament on Tuesday. His running back coach in high school, Riki Smith, spoke with Hart on Wednesday.

There was no injury to the MCL or PCL. Hart is expected to be out of action for 7-10 months. Dee Hart will have surgery on Thursday at 8AM and start rehab on Friday.

Well... bad news but at least Hart has the best in medical care. Get well soon Dee!
