Mal Moore Nominated as Athletic Director of the Year

Who could not agree to this nomination? University of Alabama athletics director Mal Moore has been nominated among five finalists for Athletic Director of the Year as presented by Street & Smith’s SportsBusiness Journal and SportsBusiness Daily.
Mr. Moore will be up against Gene Smith (Ohio State University), Gene Bleymaier (Boise State University), Dan Guerrero (UCLA), as well as Dick Baddour (University of North Carolina).
This award will recognize the recognize the highest in excellence and outstanding achievement in the business of sports from an athletic director from Jan. 1, 2009 - Feb. 28, 2010. The SportsBusiness Journal will announce the winner at an awards gala scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 20, at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City.
