I was just thinking about Coach Saban this morning and found myself wanting to watch the Gamechanger video once again. It pumps me up whenever I see. If you haven't seen it, you need to watch it below.

It is abolutely phenomenal what Coach Saban has done since he arrived in Tuscaloosa after the hire by Mal Moore. Paul Finebaum said following Coach Saban's hire that, "There was never a doubt after that, that things had changed."

If you haven't seen Gamechanger, then you really need to see it. Its awesome!

Speaking of crossing the line... Check out the one guy in the video who was flirting with the lady reporter, Marissa Mitchell. He eyed her up and down, the told here she had a "pretty smile" as the interview was beginning. She pretty much ignored him. Funny stuff.. After the game, these guys said they were heading to Bourbon Street. Wonder if he had better luck there?

Jim McElwain talks about the first LSU game and what it wll take to win the match-up on Monday night.

See Alabama's players back to work today getting ready for the BCS Championship game. Coach Saban said that the players were anxious to get back to work and had "good energy and enthusiasm in the work."

With the vigorous off-season workouts the players have undergone since the Auburn game, Coach Saban was concerned that the players might think that they can just pick up just where they left off 3 weeks ago. The truth is that they will have to get back to being in football shape. It’s a little different when you have shoulder pads and helmets on. So today, the team was in shells and tomorrow in pads.

In essence, they will have to get back, as Saban said it best, “Being, fundamentally, football players.”

Mark calls his foundation "Shop with a Saint" and it deals with an issue that he knows very well, having an incarcerated parent.

Mark Ingram Foundation's "Shop with a Saint" event took place at Academy Sports + Outdoors in New Orleans on Dec. 6.

Ingram, Lance Moore, Cameron Jordan, Michael Lewis, Pierre Thomas, members of the Saintsations and team mascots Gumbo and Sir Saint took 28 kids on a shopping spree where each kid received a $100 gift card.

The kids also received dinner from Subway. Ingram's foundation helps children deal with the issues of having an incarcerated parent(s).

The most important thing was that the kids had the opportunity of a lifetime, and that the NFL stars took time to be with them. After all, Christmas is about kids and Christmas time can be a lonely time of the year for kids without a parent around.

Watch the trick play at the bottom of this video. My idea is that Nick Saban should throw in a trick like this once in the big game. Show the world, we are prudes in the SEC. Look cool.

Yeah, I know tricks don't win games, but Saban has been dialing up some trick plays like the Flea Flicker to Kenny Bell and the Maze pass to Williams on LSU (that unfortunately ended in an interception). So it would not be out of question to dial up another trick play in New Orleans... why not? We have the best defense in the land.

It would be fun for Bama. If not this, then something else. Les deserves it!

Th Driscoll Middle School trick play is ingenius, but we might want to use our backup QB to run it. In case our starter gets killed. Spread the receivers wide and then look for the opportunity to arise where the middle of the field is wide open. Have Vlachos hand the ball to Philip Simms, and then let Simms walk with ball like he is handing it ref. Then run like hell! LOL

The original play for the middle school team was called after a penalty and the reason he got away with it was because he yelled at the center that the ref was marking another 5 yards off. Then he acted like he was handing it to the ref.

It would be funny to pull this on the honey badger!

Alabama & Miami came into the game as a consensus #1 & #2 team, only the 3rd time in college football history. Both teams were riding high with incredible win streaks. Alabama had 22 consecutive victories while Miami had 29.

Miami looked as though they were starting a dynasty in college football, but Alabama took them down Alabama 34. Miami 13.

The game was thrilling, but one of the plays that most remember most about this game was a play that did not even count. There was a penalty that brought it back. Defensive back George Teague had his first big game as a college athlete in that game. He had his first interception with a return for a touchdown, but the play that really cemented his image in Alabama folklore was only five plays later (and was the one that did not count except for dejecting Miami).

In the play, he raced downfield and caught up with sprinting University of Miami wide receiver Lamar Thomas who had just caught a pass from Geno Toretta. He then slapped and stripped the ball from him in full stride, maintaining possession of the ball as he returned it upfield. Although the play was called back on an offside’s penalty against Alabama, it effectively quashed Miami's effort to regain their offensive momentum: Miami was forced to punt soon afterward, and never mounted another substantial offensive threat in the Crimson Tide's 34-13 victory.

The rest was history. Let’s hope we see another big name team go down like that New Orleans on Jan 9th, 2012. Alabama fans are pumped for another chance to shine in New Orleans!
