If you are an Alabama fan, everyone has heard of or knows about the "Process."

The Process is basically Nick Saban's plan of how he wins football games and how each and everyone one of us (fans,players,coaches) are part of that process.

Some people may laugh at Saban for the strict way he runs his program, but according to this Sporting News article, as long as Saban and his "process" is at Bama, they will always be competitive.

"The Process that has every player, from All-American to walk-on, painstakingly focused on their role, their job, every single play. That's how 38-7 happens. That's how national championships in two of the last three years happens."
