Brian Downing aka the Alabama Tea Bagger pleaded guilty to obscenity charges, according to the Times-Picayune of New Orleans.

Downing was arrested on charges of sexual battery and obscenity after he was filmed rubbing his genitals against a drunken LSU fan after the BCS Championship Game.

Reports are that Downing will get two years in prison and will not have to register as a sex offender. Downing’s lawyer seems to think his client won’t have to serve but nine months of his two-year sentence.

Downing will be charge officially on November 29th.
