The 2010 Alabama-Mississippi State game looked kind of familiar to this upcoming game Saturday. Bama was coming off a tough loss to LSU and was looking to rebound and take out it frustrations on the Bulldogs which they did.

Bama would start the game off slow leading only 6-3 at the end of the first quarter. But in the second quarter, that’s when the Tide picked up steam. Greg McElroy would hit wide receiver Marquis Maze for a 45-yard touchdown reception to make the score 13-3.

Maze would have a huge kick-off return called back, but moments later running back Mark Ingram would take an McElroy screen pass 78-yards for a touchdown to make the score 20-3.

Bama had another long touchdown this time when Julio Jones ran the ball 56-yards for a touchdown to extend the Alabama lead to 27–3. Another field goal by Bama and a touchdown by the Bulldogs made the final score 30-10.
