"It was a real tough decision but I have decided to go to Alabama," said Black, who is No. 29 in the ESPNU 150 and the nation's No. 3 wide receiver. "I had some great choices and I really loved Alabama and Florida State. I kept praying about it and praying about it. In the end, Alabama is where my heart is and the school where I just feel more comfortable."

The reports are that this young man has great speed and hopefully he'll be able to contribute early in his career at Alabama. That will remain to be seen, but it is good to see Alabama get one up on Florida State University after FSU was able to snag up Alabama native quarterback, Jameis Winston.

It is pretty obvious right now that Florida State is building up some good talent with the recruiting of Jimbo Fisher, but Alabama has a master recruiter in Coach Nick Saban. He is relentless in his drive to be the very best. Chris Black recognizes that, prayed, and made the right decision.
